I suspect you and others might have been expecting some huge NPV like you see junior miners release.
What we saw yesterday was BRK reveal this portion of their real estate holdings is worth their current market cap. That is an excellent result. What they’ve done is like buying a block of land for 100k and now it’s worth 2 million. Now they just need to monitise it next year.
If you found it ‘underwhelming’ then what were you expecting? Do you think the assets are worth nothing? Better tell Devon, Marathon, Contentenial they’ve wasting their money developing them haha.
