I'd expect them to achieve a sale price of 80% of NPV similar to the other recent divestments. So US$10 million into BRK's bank account. Not bad for a company with a US$10 million market cap. And you get the upside from the other 80% + SWISH.
It's a brutal market for specs and people are selling into news so it might take a few more announcements before going higher.
