Nothing to be shouting about IMO. Cerium is the most abundant of the rare earths and since the highest concentrations are at 18-44m, we're talking about a major operation to extract it in volumes that would be commercially viable. Looks like a nice fluffy announcement for the conference but we still await the big tamale.
Action early today is probably traders or MEP acquisitions who thought something big might drop before Noosa but have given up waiting.
