Like most of us I am gobsmacked on the size of the sell down didn’t expect that at all. The question I ask myself going forward is is this project still worth investing in and if so at what price level based on what is known. Question....Could one argue that based on the fact that the economic value of the project is currently calculated on only 1/4 of the potential resources outlined and If the quality and grade of the other 3/4 is similar and there is a market for it could one simply do a linear extrapolation of the NPV value and state it could be roughly 4 times bigger than what was reported yesterday. Or if that approach is too simplistic more conservative to state NPV should at least double. Feedback will be appreciated.

Is there any rationale for any further downside ? Or are the price at a level that reflects fair value for 1/4 of the potential resource but undervalue/ not full value for the full possible resource potential that still require further drilling results.

My gut feel is this project is still a winner and it is better to have exposure to potential upside than sitting on the sidelines.
