When the sp continues to perform poorly, the blame is usually directed at the top position.

Shareholders were obviously unhappy with SW’s performance, and voiced their ‘anger’ through the voting on performance options.

So we know that shareholders are unhappy, but what we don’t know is what kind of pressure was placed on SW by the other directors?

I suppose we’ll never know the answer to that one!

Perhaps it’s time for a change, and btw, I don’t think we can make assumptions on the progress of the kimberlite hunt, based on this untimely departure.

I doubt the two are related.

SW has been an enormous asset to this company, his passion was infectious and his knowledge of the industry, brilliant. Sad to see him go and hoping that we find someone to fill big boots.
