Well they will get the cash for previous work/costs if the projects get the green light, its part of the deal. If they don't get the green light then its game over Palisade destroyed the company. They forced them to panic sell the retail energy business because of a global spike in energy costs which has since stabilized all that would be left is the one EPC contract they are waiting on approval for and no money to build it with.
Perhaps Palisade is delaying just to buy out half the company who knows, but honestly I've lost so much money if a cap raise was done now the knowledge that Hamish lost so much of his holding would be panadol to my further losses.
