My take:
Carbon capture and all things nano-tech are off the table for a while until they get the business up and running and generating some cashflow, its just not a priority at this time.
Generating cashflow by the sounds of it is still sometime away as they have ordered some long lead items but are still tendering on others (this is a worry). Stage 1A is sill sometime away by the sounds of it.
I am a believer in the company but the timelines have just pushed out further again in my view.
