    Spot on **o. Buyers looking for a bargain have focussed on the publicized acccountinge errors. They have been blindside. The shorters are focussing on the business model... cashlow, and as you have pointed out the questionable balance sheet / goodwill. Cant help this wiil be a textbook example of what not to buy
