not much, but does appear to confirm that the delay is on IMC's end, not the ASX. Which is incredibly disappointing for me personally, to be honest.
get tf on with it IMC. Surely they'd have known from before even the trading halt occurred, that a proposal of this nature (whatever it may be - they certainly know) would require compliance with whatever the relevant ASX listing rule was. it seems they weren't prepared for this and, as the letter implies, they STILL have not complied with this requirement some 2 months later.
