One of my other stocks ( ROO) had a very lengthy TH for the same reason. Due to chapter 11 requirements they had to call off the deal, if they progressed with the deal the company had to make some serious changes to its ASX listing. After it resumed trading it dropped by a very large percentage. Hopefully IMC manages to work around this.
