Yes davide1 I also feel it will be too late for IMC to change their decision on the transaction, if ASX is still not happy IMC will have to change the listing. I wouldn't think the other party or IMC will be waiting this long if there was no serious benefit for either party from the transaction. If it was nothing significant they would have called it off long before just like Roo did. With cruise industry resuming and DOD research progressing ( hopefully ) we will be in a better position when the trading halt is lifted irrespective of the scale or nature of the transaction.
