I don't see how it could relate to IMC at least with how that is written. partnering with research and development entities is the only area I see IMC having any possible involvement but we know IMC is working on a 'major transaction'/acquisition. do you mean to suggest that Noumed may be attempting to acquire IMC?
if IMC simply intends to leverage that manufacturing facility I don't see how/why any of this rigormarole would be needed at all. unless - are we suggesting that they've co-invested in the manufacturing facility with Noumed hence the 'major transaction'?
