if IMC has purchased another company and needs to re-list as heavily implied by yesterday's update, does this have any impact on SH?
also, how is it that they're needing to potentially re-list while shareholders are completely in the dark about what's going on?
am I correct in considering this ASX process to be an initial review of a proposed 'major purchase'/acquisition before it then goes to a SH vote anyway? so nothing is a done deal regardless?
seems a lot of hubbub for... what at the end of the day is merely a proposal? or am I just clueless. I've never owned a company where this has occurred so forgive my ignorance.
