    hi, this would be with a equity raise at the same time. Major acquisitions/takeovers are done the same way.
    Keep in mind that current share price is basically at the same value as IMC bank account, any downside must be limited.
    also keep in mind that IMC felt this was not on the scale that the ASX thinks it is, so whatever it is it will probably not be something mind blowing
