The Trading Halt on 31 May was clearly stated by the Company "In connection to a planned acquisition". That means the Company is spending money (which they don't have) and have clearly butchered it.
There's a person in common on this Board and others that i'd expect nothing less from, probably why ASX is onto it.
Given your activity among biotech stocks (good space to be in - I like them too), you would know a trading suspenion, especially one of months now, prohibits the Company's ability to Cleanse the Market (issue shares) without a full blown prospectus - google it.
Acquisition or not they're going to be up against it to raise money off back of it whatever the case.
