I think you cracked it.
I don't like the sound of 'substantial dilution of existing shareholders' [shares]. it does seem to confirm a takeover (essentially) by a larger company, so suggests a positive outlook for holders minus dilution? does it imply that it generally occurs via a non-listed company? how many of those are even out there who'd be interested in IMC's technologies?
this is so unusual in every way. what could IMC be pivoting to with a back door listing? some have suggested milk production containing IMM-24E? some have suggested something covid related?
