IF "they" means the ASX, the role of the ASX is not to vet medically company statements. Since when did the ASX become a medical authority on anything?
All that should be required, much like with mining companies, is "a recognised expert" sign-off any medical statements being made...how hard can that be to organise?
Given IMC is itself a legitimate biotech investor and dealing with the best of the best research bodies, like Monash Uni......what's there to really triple-check? Those research bodies simply state what their findings are and that's it!
