    Is anyone surprised that this Board of non-experts in retail food got the forecasts wrong?

    Looking at the reviews, the new stores are just a complete shambles. Terrible service, slow, bad quality output, technology issues...the list goes on. I wonder if there is ANY urgency in the 'management' team to resolve this, other than posting their own fake 5 star reviews on Google?
