I hear you Jakjazz, and it's clear the BOD is defending and buying time, but I want and expect them to defend. At least until the MRE is released and at least until a better TO offer is tabled.
Don't get me wrong, I also support one management team taking the project forward, but now that an underwriter appears to have been found and funds can't be applied to Directors debt, I will also be participating in any CR to support the BOD drive home my points contained in paragraph 1 above.
