You are obviously, not a believer in the ADN story and thats ok. However, if you are actually interested in provide commentary, then maybe some constructive comments on why you think the valuation is to high and may be your own valuation and justification.
Posters like Wombat777 have a massive amount of credibility and respect on this thread and a number of other threads that he contributes to. He also spends a tremendous amount of time researching and providing assistance to other posters.
It is very easy for you to criticise other posters and if you just want to troll them then can I suggest that you move on as your expertise may be better suited on other threads.
