You confuse personal opinions for guaranteed returns which even the company’s CEOs or CFOs can’t do being part of the management and being so close to the ground. So no analyst/ investor/ commentator can be accurate. There are always things outside the company’s control which is part of macro/ micro risk.

The fair price for today or projected SP are all based on comparables, assumptions and guesses. Don’t hold your breath for them to be accurate. If you believe them to be true go to every management throw their forecast for the next year/ quarter in their face and ask them to answer for it. Same for any brand name research house. And then come to HC to try and hold posters to account for their opinions which they have clearly marked as “DYOR. Not advice”.
