My reading of MDI is that they are stepping back from chasing the 2 NDI permits and instead highlighting MDI Crosswinds are just 50km away, along strike

The delay to award any of the 10 NDI permits [even where no competing for some in NCM patch] is that the process has to be meticulously followed, with due consideration by the NT Government - to avoid any awards being challenged through lack of due process.
Perhaps its wishful thinking on my part that NCM will miss out on 2 of the permits, where SER also applied.

ICG will get the NDIBK01/04 in due course - just not in the bag yet, because the bag has not been opened.


Todays news is very painful - the ICGOC's went up a tad though and have until Oct 2023 to run.
