Investors are scared by the inside fight. SQN's publication of its anger is not a rational decision. The board definitely will not change its position, and it only scares other investors.
Now, what will SQN do? I think the $0.8 offer is gone, at least for a while. We need to see what BTH actually buys to know if the board really cares about the organic growth of BTH. Nevertheless, it is a real concern the BTH relies too much on purchases for growth. I don't think SQN will dump its major holding too. The SQN's buying price is much higher than $0.8. If SAN dumps holdings at this price level and realizes huge losses, its management team will get fired soon.
