The beauty of this was that it was in liquidation, however the new structure will be evergreen, so they will continually re-invest and suck out fees.
I have yet to go through the full document but initial feelings are this is bad for holders.
The liquidity option is fake because it's max 5% every 6 months, and no doubt most will want to get out ASAP, so you'll be drip fed returns slower than we're receiving them now.
It will also become unlisted, so on market liquidity will disappear and you'll be captive.
