Agree. Very happy unit holder right here. The underlying GPs/managers in the US are high quality institutions - definitely not two bit shops.
Regarding this merger - it would be helpful if E&P could put out a simple explanatory presentation on the key T&Cs plus the value creation. I don't want to have wade through >200 pages on legalise to get the gist of things...
