BLM have announced a delay regarding issue of APD (permit to drill) due to extension of public notice period for Environmental Assessment.
"The BLM will accept and consider additional public comments on the EA from January 21, 2022, through January 31, 2022, prior to taking action on the Application for Permit to Drill one exploratory well in 2022. The EA and related information can be found under the "Documents" button located on the left-hand panel."
