I guess you have access to Jason and management at MCT. My advice regarding Admiral Bay - sell at any cost. Forget about the ~$30mill or whatever they wanted for it. Reality is that MCT, since “acquiring” it, have added zero value to it. So, vest it into Kimberly mining at any cost. The MCT market cap indicates that the market values it a virtually $0 anyway.

Even if you get a couple of million for AB (emphasis on couple of million, like being able to count it on one hand and have a couple of finger free to spin a fag - on that same hand) it buys you time to raise more capital, and hopefully thread that one single DD hole through the middle of some massive mineralized structure. The last roll of the dice (before tapping the market again).

At moment, MCT is staring down the barrel. Tapping the market is a near-term inevitability. The elephant is, what are you going to tap the market with? If I was an investor, why should I invest (or invest more as an existing) into MCT?

What do you have, right now? Right now, to ask the market to give you more money?

As a junior explorer, you build SH credibility through a drill rig. NOTHING ELSE.

Sell AB at any cost. Use that money to drill more holes. At least now you have a geo on board (previously, zilch).

I agree with you. I think I posted before. I valued KML at $3 million (if lucky) not $30 million.

I think large holders need to push the board. They need to get director to connect with large companies like Teck if they are interested in KML assets for $3 million cash upfront plus may be royalties (if possible). Initially I would push for $10 million cash but bottom price is $3 million.

Further, they need to work on JV partner for Paterson and Fraser Range projects.

Than they can solely focus on this gold project. Must use every dollar wisely and get some good got grade gold.

At moment it won't get too far.
