Agreed with you here. People say there is no other alternative and DRC must be invested in to spend on the locals - but what has been happening the last decade or so?
Big Corps are mining in the country but still no to little improvement which means.....
Anyways this is probably becoming a bit political - my main purpose of the article was to illustrate that Cobalt mining in Canada will be on the up from here on, in my humble opinion.
