The Capex for Hismelt was a lot lower than i thought and is this the first time we have seen the figures on it , even though its an estimation ? , id also like to know if that NPV is calculated on the base figure of US$500 /t or US$630/t ?

Anyway i see this ann as a nothing burger and seems like the market agrees with me , they need to sign a binding deal and lock in funding and it remains to be seen if they are capable of doing that

One thing i will note is that i think i wrong on my theory about the rattification of the Mitsubishi MOU , if they are going to ratify the MOU does this mean that its about to become binding ?
Ratify meaning "sign or give formal consent to (a treaty, contract, or agreement), making it officially valid."
We shall see i suppose .
