Ann: Mineral Resources Ltd takes $2M Placement in Barra, page-19

While I see this as a good thing long term for BAR to have another cornerstone investor and I believe MIN's shares will be held tight now so we wont see the dump like we usually see on a CR, I am nonetheless not happy with the price being based on the 5day VWAP as over the last week it was obvious from the small less than $500 trades that it was being pushed down for a reason by the pros. Why not base it on at least a 20 day VWAP which would have had the price up much higher? Now we all know the reason but I thought price manipulation was illegal...or does not apply to the big players
