It seems clear to me now that the BOD have no respect for or interest in retail investors.
My hope is this is deliberate to give big players and institutions the opportunity to take decent positions prior to a takeover.
My fear is they are leading us into a position where we get offered peanuts in a takeover and are all so frustrated and disillusioned that we just except what is offered. Either way I am incredibly disappointed at my investment and the faith I put in this BOD. Good luck to us all, we will need it.
