    If you can locate your shares (call the registry = does the BB form quote the HIN?).
    The you can buy a few more shares to get over the 4,855 quantity and you will keep the shares.
    Of course you may be able to take the close to $500 from the BB (at $0.103) and buy them a bit cheaper (including brokerage) in a different brokerage account, as BYE are currently trading below the BB price.

    Minimum BB have always caused me an ethical dilemma.
    On the one hand it cost several dollars per shareholder to send hardcopy communications, most notably the Annual Report.
    Understandably, some shareholder that have lost a large chunk of their investment opt for hardcopy because they are annoyed at the company.
    On the other hand, many of the sub-$500 holdings may been in the $1,500-$2,000 range.
    My ethical dilemma is whether a company has an obligation to at least try and make shareholders whole again, rather than taking advantage of the law.
    In the case of BYE, significant share price appreciation, at least in part, is likely to be achieved.
