If you assume 8months time to onboard and only look at Allergy Partners, I think it would be 4 patients per day across all 130 sites. That sounds very ambitious to me but I don't know treatment plans, overall throughput of patients per day and practice, etc..
But this number goes down further if we take Senta and potentially other partners into account.

Surely, before signing an agreement, the partner (practice) has to disclose the potential user base i.e. Med/Sensor usage to Adherium and ADR know what's possible and what numbers can not be reached.
It is common practice that margins to the channel increase if they meet certain targets.

So I think the 80,000 is a realistic target and also think Allergy/Senta taking this very serious.
