I wonder whether it is a function of a larger team and a more diverse portfolio that individual positions don't get the write up that they use to.

A larger team and more diverse portfolio should mean more chances at hitting a winner. Perhaps the disappointing thing is the performance contribution chart. There weren't winners that did more than +0.5%. As stock pickers, you'd hope for a few winners each year especially.
