Has anyone actually understood the following: Noble group are under an MOU if approvals are granted to sell $500k worth of the stockpile.
Our risk is :
1) Aprovals timing.
2) Noble themselves.
Noble almost went bankrupt 1 month ago. They have 2 months left to get their house in order otherwise the banks will shut them down!!!
Approvals timing are the absolute KEY to this formula for selling the stockpiles. It gives me no comfort whatsoever to be told that a bunch of lawyers are looking at approvals!! What happened to the professional mob that we paid money for to map out the most expedited process of approvals??
