Zero chance - the well is deliberately balanced with mud so as to prevent HCs going from the well into the bore hole. If that occurs it is a "kick" and risks travelling up the well to surface. it is monitored via the trip tanks whereby gas expanding or liquid HCs will displace mud back into the trip tanks and will be seen by the drill crew (driller, AD, Derrickman)
A kick needs to be prevented and if it occurs so it has to be contained by the use of a choke and then circulated out by use of back pressure / increased mud weight - it's not an opportunity to bag some HCs
It's possible to drill under balanced which means that the pressure of the mud weight is less than that of the structure but the hole pressure is constantly adjusted by the use of a choke / pump arrangement so as to prevent a kick / influx
