I think nobody is questioning JP's integrity,knowledge or operational ability. But people are frustrated with the lack of results . Unfortunately somebody need to be held accountable and that person is he. Like most companies, if something is not going right they have an internal review of operations,activities etc etc Maybe it's time, they sat down and said, "right boys, what can we have done better,how can we streamline our processes so as to satisfy on our SH's interests?" . I guess words to the effect . But not playing the man, only thing is, he has the ball !
