    News should be close but sure is taking its sweet old time . I have noticed everytime news is close the sell side up to around 25 cents decreases noticeably as can be seen today. if you think it is a level playing field your living in the twilight zone. Soi and Market Cap screams a potential multi bagger in a short amount of time depending on quality of news released.
