This is a good outcome. A 15% hit is modest given the current environment in Myanmar, where dollar accounts are being forcibly converted to kyat by the central bank at the official rate (1850), 26% less than the market rate. Currency controls make it virtually impossible to get dollars out of the country, except by illegal means.
