Reading through the Napolean Farmout announcement leaves me with one conclusion
The Permian Basin project is all going according to plan
One paragraph reads "the board is very pleased with the completion of the farmout and to be fully carried while GGP dedicates it's resources to the development of the Permian Basin project"
Says it all
