Well, free media ( special articles that r free when most of them need subscription) try to fool average investors that Nearmap is looking for higher prices…. Probably free media is trying to cash in by fooling common people.
nearmap clearly stated that Thomas Bravo offer is only one that make any sense.
is this company that is free of debt, good cash balance, very high growth & excellent management willing to sell for $2.10 which should be dirt cheap……only reason I believe their management has no capacity for how to run a business profitably….. probably mapping knowledge is not alone adequate….
