They probably need to make an announcement during negotiations to not get a please explain from the ASX as most of the large companies can not keep secrets , Ford and GM do the same if it is market sensitive negotiation , I know as remember being part of a employee pension negotiation contract with GM and GM announced it to the market before we had the docs signed
