Hi bottle,
The Ibero LOI is due to be confirmed as a BOA by the end of October.
We are still awaiting results of the Concrete Validation testing, which in my opinion, will result in another BOA.
My guess is all this will come together in a short space of time later this month, complete with funding.
Funding I expect will be Debt, but I would not exclude a small retail only CR.
