Bob has stated he is pursuing debt funding and I can only assume he is after 100% debt and protect existing shareholders from dilution. The reality is he has only a fair chance of achieving that given things are becoming a little difficult in the current economic climate.
If a small CR is necessary then I hope it will be for retail only: ADN will be well aware of what happened with the last CR and having the shorts cover on market would be a great boost for the share price.
Also, only potential Debt Funders have access to all Financial data.
Not all potential equity investors would hold a short position, so if a large CR is required I hope Bob can sort the wheat from the chaff.
