here we are to interpret and comment on one of the final acts of this long adventure as investors of Neuren.in recent periods there have been a series of events which, from my interpretation, belong to a single guideline.as fundamental starting points,
the final experimentation of Trofinetide entrusted in full to Acadia and the lack of financial resources to advance 2591 in the experimentation phases that count.to better understand, it is necessary to chronicle what the company has communicated to its shareholders in the last two months:trading halt on 20 March 2020 and then announcing the suspension of enrollment Trofinetide due to covid 19 on 24 March.the same March 24, our new strategic director Patrick Davies, makes his first purchase of shares directly on the market.the next day we find out that Walker sells / passes his shares to Kast which the following day, that is on March 26, officialises with news of a new institutional investor.simultaneously, therefore always on March 26, Davies makes his second and most important purchase of shares directly on the market (coincidentally) and the stock consequently begins to rebound from the lows of $ 1 to a maximum of $ 1.80 in a little less than a month, to then drop below $ 1.64, to prevent the conversion of Blower options (which in fact today is no longer involved with the new voting proposal for the 1.5 million options at 1.84 $ already expired previously, but which only concern Shaw and look at Pilcher) so I assume that Blower will be out of the game in the next few days or in any case he will have no qualification to receive shares from Neuren (that's why the market with the management have boycotted the price per share under $ 1.64). in this regard, I remember that Blower was hired by Treagus who wanted him alongside him on this long managerial path.today May 27th, then one month after the last mentioned events, Treagus leaves, but I remember that he was the only director besides obviously Glass and Scott, to receive a big package of ordinary shares for options conversion, which he never gave up In addition to the latter, it has also purchased directly on the market in some phases in past years, holding an excellent share.in light of all this it is now clear and evident that the objective of past and current management is to have ordinary shares in the portfolio.the games were probably made in March and now it will be only a question of the market. Treagus did what he had to do and has his actions in his pocket. obviously the decisions were made and agreed with the leaders of Neuren who are Glass and Scott (it is appropriate to reflect that both are over 70 therefore well beyond the normal working cycle of a person, therefore and perhaps more interested in realizing their efforts in this phase).Pilcher as excellent accountant and Shaw new head of the current 2591 trial (in the past Neuren has always been Glass), will have rehabilitated their options following the vote on 29 June next at a meeting with the shareholders, among the other conference call due to covid. this time they will certainly convert as the level has remained at $ 1.84 then a few cents from the current price. from that moment on, all our dear executives will have a good load of shares, which will give the opportunity to accrue the great prize for all the effort spent to date for where they brought Neuren.personally I do not see other logical explanations if not this of an now imminent sale of a company with a shareholder bonus.the armoring of the security with a surplus surely surpassing 50% of the shares, will ensure that the possible price per share to be paid has already been agreed and I would say approved.we wait.
