On the 24th May 2022, the Queensland Land Court handed down another judgement in the ongoing saga between NAC and OCAA. Again ,my reading, NAC loses out on costs. OCAA doesn't have a costs order against it or its members. Why didn't NHC notify the ASX of this outcome? A salutary reminder of how long legal battles can last , was brought home to me when accessing the Coordinator General website. The New Acland "case" started in April 2007. The Coordinator General has been dealing with the application for 15 years.
