from political perspective it might be that quite opposite will happen..
labor on federal level was always in need of money, they lost in '13 because of abusing fed budget too much and running out of cash.. the unnecessary tensions between fed libs and state labor, based mostly on political agenda btw, is in the past now, so will see...hope for the better
fingers crossed for another upside news maybe..
