As a generic statement you have a point. One could equally state that surrounding oneself with well vetted, personally tried and tested known people with great track records is a recipe for success. I also note that the other person appointed is not connected to Nanosonics, and has been likely appointed via merit. Ultimately, I do trust that Ron W. maintains a high level of ethics and self respect and would never sacrifice that for some sort of short term self destructive nepotism.
