Hi Hornet, Kerry Harmanis took control of TLM last year as Non Exec Chairman and is the sole reason why I have invested in this little outfit. Kerry is one of West Australia's legendary successful miners. Founder of Jubilee nickel mine, which he sold to Xstrata in 2007 for reportedly $3bn. He has a lot of skin in TML and is one of the few leaders who doesn't draw a salary for his role. Kerry has been out of the active roles for a few years now, and is getting on in age as am I, but I recon he wants one more crack at showing his skills and I hope to be around when he has this outfit up and running. , I find researching the board and what skin they have in the game, their track record and what they draw out is an important indicator for me.
