He's going to lift the price of uranium using a combination of brute strength and magic, then he's going to sign long-term contracts at a premium to spot price by the same method.
Honestly what do you think his strategy would be? Keep costs low and hang in there, then probably try dilute or die if we don't see a recovery in the U price. There wouldn't be any material news in a discussion with a holder unless HydroCarb can really turn up the charm.
